Sealing and Installation Within the Winkler System

Even at compact diameters, a reliable mechanical barrier is essential. Our C3 system uses a stable fixing method:

  1. Precision-fit manufacturing: The 70 µm high-performance fabric is dimensionally cut to match the C3 drain basket (Ø 395 mm, H 575 mm).
  2. Industrial drawstring: Fixing is via a robust drawstring that presses the filter firmly against the bucket body.
  3. Important note on retention performance: Since this filter is made without an integrated collar, full bypass-freedom cannot be guaranteed. However, incoming water is largely directed through the fine filter fabric, effectively minimising pellet loss (microplastics).
