The Winkler Principle: Maximum Sealing without "Bypass"
In industrial filtration, a filter is only as good as its seal. Many standard solutions fail because granules slip between the edge of the bucket and the shaft wall – the so-called "bypass."
Our system relies on mechanical forced guidance:
- Integrated Collar: The dimensionally stable 70 µm fabric features a collar that is slipped flush over the rim of the slotted bucket.
- Industrial Drawstring: A reinforced drawstring securely fastens the filter to the bucket body.
- Zero-Bypass Guarantee: We deliberately forgo an emergency overflow. All incoming water is forcibly guided through the fine filter fabric, preventing any uncontrolled granules from entering the sewer system.

This depends on the design of your gully. Standard road gullies usually have a diameter of 450 mm (Model A4 or B1). More compact gullies in halls or narrow courtyards often use the 300 mm size (Model C3 or D1). We would be happy to advise you by telephone on how to correctly determine your stock.
The high-performance polymer we use has a very high open screen area, which allows for an excellent flow rate despite the fine mesh size. Regular cleaning of the bucket from leaves and sediments ensures that drainage performance is maintained even during heavy rainfall.
